Busy Weekend ~

It was a busy weekend a lot of things going on, first we went to Phoenix for birthday party for Bryson that took place at Peter Piper Pizza. Which was fun for Kayleigh but crazy for us... just too many other people to enjoy the people around you and I have a really hard time hearing in those places. However I had a great visit with some good ol' friends and Cael managed to get some comfortable too and took a little nap.

Then it was off to visit with Nathan's side of the family. His Aunt Terry was in from CA so we went down to spend more time with the family. Cousins, second cousins, third cousins it was a house full! It was so fun to see all the kids play and run around and of course see the newest addition baby Josephine Mae, such a doll! Kayleigh was really good and loved playing with all her cousins, she loved the baby girl and wanted to hold her, in which we did but I was still a little nervous to have her hands all over baby Josephine at just 2 weeks old. Phew ~

Then it was papa's turn to hold the baby... so cute. Hey... I never got a turn!

After a great day with the family, dinner and wine and laughs we stoped at my sisters for a quick hello and to meet the other new addition to the family Trinity. Oh those blue eyes and fluffy coat... she is a spunky little thing! Of course I had to coax Kayleigh a little bit to wake up and play with the puppy... but totally worth it. She was all excited to play with the puppy and was SO SO good with her, she tossed the ball and they chased each other around, kisses all around it was too cute!

The next day was running around getting things done back at home. Kayleigh said that she wanted a hair cut... so...that is just what we did. She really needed one. I did have more cut off than I wanted but we got the icky dry stuff off and it's so cute..she just loved being pampered...never to early love that treatment!
