Some summer time stuff ~

This summer has been fun and relaxing we did not go on a family vacation this year, but I hope to take a fall break somewhere to get away for a few days.. maybe a beach trip before it gets too cold but still enjoyable. We shall see.

For now we have enjoyed playing in the house, in the back, at the pool and every night ( just about) we have gone on long family walks with wagon and dogs and energetic little kiddos. It's been nice, we go out after dinner, walk off our dinner while enjoying the beautiful views, our kids playing and running around and just being together.

Summers will have a new special meaning in our house now that we have Kayleigh starting school..TOMORROW!! We hope to actually take a family trip somewhere and then in August get ready for SCHOOL!

This little guys had two weeks of this stupid miserable virus.

His poor lil mouth was sore, his gums swollen, blistery... he couldn't really eat, sleep. He was CRANKY!! but he is better now and making up for lost sleep and FOOD!


of course he is happy here.. tickling does wonders to get a smile!

So that's what we have been up to. I am working on getting some video of Cael and his cute ways of talking ... he is saying more and more and it's just to cute how he says things. I will have more coming up for Kayleigh as she is starting her first days of Kindergarten.
